Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath has been teaching Kriya Yoga, Hamsa Yoga, and the science of consciousness for over 50 years. His teachings β drawn from the oldest yogic lineages β describe phenomena that modern science is only now beginning to measure and verify.
This site documents where Gurunath Siddhanath's specific teachings about consciousness, breath, and energy are independently corroborated by peer-reviewed scientific research β organized by theme with direct links to the studies and video timestamps.
"If Earth peace is to herald the dawn of the New Age, we must ALL realize that humanity is one's only religion, breath one's only prayer, and Consciousness one's only God."

Gurunath taught that the cosmic breath counts 21,600 cycles per day β a truth that standard physiology confirms with simple arithmetic
"Hamsa β the divine breath β flows into you 21,600 times each day and night. Each So is an inbreath, each Ham is an outbreath. This is the mantra of your own life force."β Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath
Standard human respiration at rest: 15 breaths per minute. Over 24 hours: exactly 21,600 β the sacred Hamsa count. This is not coincidence.
"You are not a body that has a soul. You are a soul that has a body as a shadow."
"Put nothingness on a weighing scale β it will outweigh everything. The nothingness is the most powerful thing in existence."
"Prana Yoga is the science of the evolution of human consciousness."
"Even if you are in prison and your mind is bubbling with joy, you are in heaven."
Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, India. He has been meditating since age 3 and spent his early years in the Himalayas among the HamsaNath yogis. He is considered a Himalayan Living Spiritual Master and Solar Seer of the Nath Sampradaya tradition.
He is a direct disciple of Mahavatar Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji β the same immortal yogi described in Paramahansa Yogananda's "Autobiography of a Yogi." Through Babaji's grace, Gurunath transmits the original Kriya Yoga techniques that were given to Lahiri Mahasaya in the 19th century.
His teachings span: Kriya Yoga, Hamsa Yoga, Bhakti (devotion), consciousness evolution, solar science, Earth peace, and the Nath Sampradaya philosophical framework. He teaches that consciousness is the only God β a statement now supported by neuroscience and quantum physics.
